ATTN: Owners and Residents

RE: Security camera tampering

 

At our last Board Meeting, because of safety concerns of many members, the Board approved the installation of a security camera in the basement.  

 

Beginning two days after the installation of the camera, one person has, overnight, intentionally moved the lens and used duct tape to cover the lens.

 

Attached are two of the videos from the most recent occurrence.

 

We will be filing police reports.

 

The security of our residents is of utmost importance to all of us.

 

Please report any unusual activity to us.

Re: Theft of Solo Stove

 

Dear SOTL Members and Residents,

In the early morning hours of Friday, 9/16 the Solo Stove fire pit belonging to the SOTL Association was stolen from the SOTL Beach.

 

The cover, stand and top ring were left untouched suggesting that the perpetrator was not planning on using it.

 

An individual was seen on security camera footage in the vicinity at approximately 5:30 am. A police report will be filed as this is a criminal offence. If anyone has any further information please report to the SOTL Board. 

 

The Solo Stove retails for approximately $440 and was paid for with Association funds.
